- Manage and govern development of Customer Relationship Management applications and services, including but not limited to Siebel CRM.
- Lead and coordinate all activities related to the development of these areas and systems.
- Govern the development of solutions to ensure all governed applications and services are running with best possible performance while ensuring the best possible Customer Experience.
- Develop working models to ensure all resources within the CRM development teams are collaborating and properly utilized.
- Review the plans/ initiative from the technical team to enhance the quality of products or improve Time to market to efficiently plan the execution of development efforts.
- Support the Customer Relation Management systems and other related operations team to resolve issues and incidents. Manage escalations, multiple priorities and ensure the resolution within agreed SLA.
- Develop processes internally and within the MNS team and introduce new tools to support maximizing work efficiency and quality.
- Ensure delivery of projects within agreed SLA and as per agreed requirements and acceptable quality standards, and follows the recommended best practises for the system and is congruent to the strategy set for that system.
- Research and acquire Industry best practises and adopt them in the work environment after aligning with all concerned department.
- Provide Input and perform informed decision making in the selection process of various solution approaches.
- Review activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and program improvement.
- Perform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision.
