Functional responsibilities

1. Receive proposed Consumer Sales Commissions & Sales Agents Incentive by aligning & coordinating with Sales Team to find the best option of Commission design. 2. Analyze requests from Sales and Commercial Top Management about the Development or enhancement of Commission/Incentives. 3. Create Business Cases and financial assessment for the proposed Consumer Sales Commissions & Sales Agents Incentive. 4. Prepare Simulation and identify the source of data needed in co-ordination with IT & Reporting team about the data and information requirements. 5. Follow up to announce the new and updated Scheme with stake holder Sales, Finance, HR, Consumer unit, and assure that it is approved with SLA. 6. Collaborate with Finance team to align the commercial feasibility assessment of commissions/ initiatives schemes and ensure implementation of respective standards.. 7. Cooperate with HR for the implementation and operation of sales employees incentive schemes. 8. Prepare the Pricing Memo for Mobily channels products in terms of Lifting price, Margin, & commission and work with Finance to validate and verify the product lifting price and Partner Margin in releasing stock to the partner. 9. Monitor and review the segment profitability associated with sales incentives in order to optimise the channel mix and ensure adequate overall and product level profitability. 10. Act as an Interface with Finance to ensure Profitability, and SAC to be checked and aligned on the spot within SLA. 11. Ensure that the new and updated commission/Incentive are being communicated to sales Channels, and then apply regular monitoring to assure Commission and incentive implemented correctly. 12. Perform other duties as required by the executive management. |
