Manage technology sales projects and strategic initiatives derived from strategy and planning.
Participate in technologies and solutions selection that fits within sales strategy and directions
Manage assigned technology related sales projects ensuring other departments are aligned and working as per the project schedule and agreed SLAs.
Liaise with other related departments ensuring assigned technology projects requirements are prepared efficiently.
Collect and develop assigned technology sales projects requirements in coordination with concerned departments, and prepare budget requirements.
Define technology sales projects processes and governance ensuring efficiency and a streamlined operation
Monitor assigned technology project execution and progress; escalate in case of any delay or deviation.
Prepare regular assigned technology projects progress reports, highlight key issues/risks and recommend corrective actions.
Manage the section guided by the overall principles of optimising profitability and revenues of solutions, decreasing time-to-market, and realising on-plan rollout of technical projects
Ensure the user experience of sales users for all tools and technologies and enhance it based on number of clicks, screens and flows.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the HOD and management.
MBA / Masters’ Degree is preferred
PMP is required
Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent.
