1. Evangelise Mobily’s voice services and capabilities among International and National Operators:
a. Manage and maintain relationships with international carriers
2. Voice Services Portfolio management:
a. Identify and explore new business opportunities related to Voice and SMS with other operators and introduce new international voice interconnect services with them.
b. Liaise with other departments within Mobily to ensure timely and proper development and delivery of Wholesale services. Ensure commercial solutions are completed on time and comply with businesses commercial policy
c. Communicate and co-ordinate with international operators and service providers to attract offer to Mobily’s International business with the most competitive cost and quality.
d. Maintain analysis of VoIP termination / break-out feasibility, revenues and cannibalization; devise and present potential new revenues around VoIP to management for exploration
e. Manage the cost of Mobily’s IDD traffic.
a. Direct the development of the commercial wholesale strategy in alignment with consumer marketing & MVNO partners.
b. Lead the Negotiation and conclusion of the commercial agreements with the International/National operators and service providers.
c. Optimize Mobily's out payment for the outbound traffic using LCR routing.
d. Maximize Mobily's in payment from international service by identifying the best termination rates into Mobily in the light of the market trends.
e. Monitor the progress of billing and collection for Voice WS sales. Tackle and resolve commercial and settlement disputes that might arise with other operators.
f. Monitor Voice WS customer satisfaction.
4. Prepare different studies and reports about the work activities of the department
5. Perform other related responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
